She has worked with Zurich for 20 years in various roles at global, regional and country levels. Sally leads a team of experts, delivering solutions to enable the business strategy through the management and development of our people.
Sally has worked across Financial Services, Manufacturing and Public Sectors and she has consistently driven HR strategies and solutions, building individual and organizational capability and performance in both generalist and specialist leadership roles.
She is passionate about designing and implementing end-to-end talent strategies, strengthening the leadership and talent pipeline that enable superior business results in rapidly changing, highly competitive environments.
