Roberta Butler is senior vice president– marketing and enterprise learning, at FM Global, a $6 billion mutual property insurer with a worldwide B2B client base. She has significant experience leading global marketing programs, managing large cross-functional initiatives and advising on corporate reputation issues. She has often presented to the FM Global board on the organization’s competitive market landscape and regularly participates in pre-meeting networking events with the directors.
Roberta leads a globally-based staff of 85 with responsibility for brand strategy, advertising, public relations and social media, market research, product roll-outs, employee communications, and enterprise-wide internal and external training. She serves on FM Global’s executive planning committee which sets strategic direction for the company. Roberta is also a member of the organization’s Technology Steering Committee which determines technology investment priorities.
