Kashia Moua, Staff senior vice president, Chief Sustainability Officer, FM GLOBAL
| As FM Global’s Chief Sustainability Officer, Kashia is responsible for leading the mission, execution, and efficacy of FM Global’s ESG (environmental, social and governance) strategy while driving long-term company, client and stakeholder value creation.
Kashia joined FM Global from Allstate Insurance where under her leadership, the company earned a place on the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices and made the CDP A-List. Prior to stepping into insurance, Kashia worked in the nonprofit sector, promoted civic engagement, and practiced law as a public defender. Kashia holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a bachelor’s degree from Carleton College. |
