Amy leads Marsh’s global climate and sustainability strategy. Prior to this, Amy held a number of leadership roles with Marsh’s Global Energy, Power & Renewable business.

She has a respected depth and breadth of experience assisting some of the largest and most complex companies manage risks.  This experience enables Amy to have a deep understanding of a wide range of clients’ risk management approaches and can offer a number of perspectives to insurance and risk management discussions.

Amy started her career as an environmental consultant, largely providing advice and guidance to regulatory bodies.  She joined Marsh as an environmental insurance broker and from there spent time on secondment with a major plc client, gaining an understanding of risk and insurance issues from a client perspective. Amy has more than 20 years of relevant industry experience with Marsh.

Amy holds a Batchelor’s degree in Geography from Royal Holloway, University of London and a Masters in Contaminated Land Management from the University of Nottingham.
