The European Forum for Risk and Insurance professionnals
FERMA European Risk Management Forum is organized so that the industry partners can showcase and demonstrate their latest product and services, meet with existing clients and generate new leads. More than 1500 delegates attend the Forum and our sponsors and exhibitors work hard to accomplish their goals: brand recognition and business development.
FERMA works diligently to protect our exhibitors and sponsors investment in the conference and intends that all have fair treatment. It is essential that their investments is not diluted by other companies taking unfair advantage of the Forum opportunities – what is known as outboarding (*).
Outboarding companies will be subject to sanctions that will affect their participation at future FERMA events, starting with the loss of their priority. All partners, exhibitors and sponsors should observe the following conditions:
We encourage all partners, exhibitors and sponsors to host parties and special events to enhance the Forum before and after event hours
Contact us if you have question about a session you would like to organize. We will do our best to facilitate your ideas. We want our partners and sponsors to get the best possible value from supporting the Forum
(*) Outboarding : any non-permanent exhibit, demonstration, event or banded activation that last for more than a day during the Forum as well as events and activations that occurs outside of contracted space with FERMA at the same time as the conference program. This includes events and meetings at hotel suites, meeting rooms, ballrooms, restaurants, clubs…
Outboarding violates FERMA policy and goes against the International Association of Exhibition and Events (IAEE) guidelines and practices.
